#11 Great Customer Service Tip

Hey! I just wanted to jump on here and pass along an outstanding tip I received from Northeastern Exterminating out of Brooklyn NY.  They keep a supply of new 9 volt batteries on their trucks, so when they’re servicing accounts, if they hear the smoke detector “churp” giving off the low battery notifications, they’ll change out the 9 volt for the customer.

So not only are they protecting families from pests, they’re also ensuring the families proper warning in the event there is a fire.  I love the personal touch, it shows the customer that,  “Hey we really care about you”.
